It’s time for my favorite week of the year SOBEWFF. It’s hard to believe the South Beach Wine and Food Festival will celebrate its Sweet Sixteen this year. I remember the early days when Festival Founder Lee Schrager did more arm twisting than anything to lure chefs and TV personalities to Miami Beach. It seems like it was just yesterday. As the festival has grown so has South Florida’s reputation as a culinary destination.
